Michele Anderson
Michele Anderson has extensive experience learning and teaching yoga, yoga philosophy and Gong sound healing in a wide variety of settings. She has completed over 500 hours of training in both Viniyoga through The Yoga Well Institute and Kundalini Yoga through the Kundalini Research Institute. She is an E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance.
Michele believes yoga has a unique way of allowing us to perceive our inner landscape and cultivate compassion for self. Through yoga, Michele has grown her relationship with her breath, learning how to partner with it when needing to restore balance. This has ultimately empowered Michele to take better care of herself, and she brings her experience and knowledge to the teaching platform. Her teaching style blends her knowledge of energy, anatomy, human physiology, and psychology… all sprinkled with humor, and she LOVES to facilitate the Gong.
